【Abstract】 The wet seeds of the lotus were irradiated with different dosages of He-Ne laser(time: 0.5’、5’、15’、30’ and 50’).The peroxidase and its isozyms were analyzed. The experiment showed that the irradiation of He-Ne laser could cause the relational change of the vitality of the peroxidase and its isozymes, and cause the variation in the composition of the isoxzymes.更多还原
