【Abstract】 hemiluminescence(CL)were produced by stimulation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PMNs)with opsonized-zymosan(OZ),fMLP,A23187 and hypoxanthin-xan- thinoxidase(HO-XO)systeme in vitro,The inhibition of 764-3 on CL was stud- ied. The results showed that 764-3,an effective antiinflammatory drug extracted from chinese herb ,could inhibit both CL induced by PMNs phagocytosis of OZ .Ho-Xo,The possible mechanism of 764-3 effect was discussed.更多还原
