大型室状煤气加热炉自动控温系统

【摘要】 叙述了航空大锻件室状煤气加热炉的控温系统的构成和控温模式。该系统选用STD总线工业控制机为主机,采用串级并联限幅控制模式,通过对炉内温度的采集以及各区区煤气、空气流量和空/燃比的自动调整,对炉膛面积为9.8m2的煤气加热炉3个温区的温度实现了自动控制,控温精度≤±7℃,炉温均匀性≤±10℃。为提高航空大锻件的锻造质量奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 <Abetract> The frame and model of tempetature control sys tem of the large aircraft forging structure gas heating room-form furnaee, is given. The STD bus industry control computer was taken as the main computer in the sys tem. The furnace temperature can be automatically controlled by coilecting the temperature, gasflow and airflow of the three partitioned temperature regions in the gas heat ing furnace, of which the hearth aera is 9. 8m2, and adjust ing the proportion of air to gas, in virtue of the series-parallel connection amplitude limiting control model. The temperature control error is not larger than ±7℃ and the temperature homogeneity is not larger than ±10℃. A good foundetion has been established by this work for enhancing the forging quality of large aircraft structures.
