新型高效冷风机翅片管紧固效果的理论分析
A Theoreucla Analysis of the FaasteningEffectiveness of the Fin-Tubes in a New-Type High-Efficiency Cold-Air Machine
【摘要】 采用弹塑性本构模型,对氨质冷风机翅片管的受力与变形进行了理论分析与数值计算,从理论上探明了通过机械胀管工艺使翅片与基管紧密配合的机理,得到了基管与翅片间紧固力和胀头过盈量的关系表达式,确定了翅片管达到紧固状态时的最小胀头过盈量。在理论分析与数值计算的基础上,提出了附加结构铝翅片管的设计方案。
【Abstract】 An elasto-Plastic constitutive moddbas been usedto study the stress and deformation ofthe fin-tubes in a cold-air machine with aqua ammoniae. The mechanism of the fastening ef-fectiveness for the fin-tube is investigated and the expression for the relationship of the fas-tening force between fin and tube to the magnitude of interference fit for tube expansion isderived. The minimum magnitude of interference fit for the fin-tube to be in a fastened stateis determined. Based on theoretical analvsis and numerical calculation, a fin-tube in the formof an attached structural aluminum is proposed. The calculated results of stress and defor-mation of the fin-tube are in agreement with those obtained by experiment.
