锯齿形多槽式动静压气体润滑轴承稳态和动态特性的研究
On Static and Dynamic Characteristics of a hybrid GaS-Lubricated Journal Bearing with Multiple Sawtooth Grooves
【摘要】 针对所提出的一种锯齿形多槽式动静压气体的润滑轴承,研究了轴承主要设计参数对稳态和动态特性的影响规律,得出了一般的设计原则。
【Abstract】 So far,littk has been reported in felevant literature on the performance study,especial-ly the study of static characteristics of gas-lubricated bearings with surface restriction com-pensation.A new hybrid gas-lubricated journal bearing with surface restriction compensation by muItiple sawtooth grooves is proposed.Static and dynamic Reynolds equations are solved by FEM,The effects of the main design parameters of the bearing on bearing performance are studied.According to calculated results,it is shown that sawtooth grooves are capable of producing greater hydrodynamic wedge effect and the groove depth as well as the number of grooves exert significant effects on bearing characteristics,However,the groove depth could be the most decisive design parameter.Compared with existing ones,the bearing proposed by the authors exhibits better performance.
