TiC-50Nb钢结硬质合金显微组织的TEM研究
A TEM Study on the Microstructure of Steel- Bonded Carbide TiC-50 Nb
【摘要】 对TiC-50Nb钢结硬质合金的硬质相和钢基体的显微组织结构进行了透射电镜观察,结果表明该材料200℃回火与560℃回火后的TEM显微组织亚结构不同,材料基体的显微结构对其宏观力学性能有较大的影响,560℃回火时,钢基体中马氏体内部析出合金碳化物是产生二次硬化现象的主要原因,硬质相表面发生溶解析出现象,使得硬质相颗粒表面凸起,对改善硬质相与钢基体的结合强度有利。
【Abstract】 A TEM study has been made on the microstructure of hard phase and matrix steel insteel-bonded carbide TiC-50 Nb.The results show that the submicrostructures of the materi-al are different for different tempering temperatures. The macro-mechanical properties areaffected mainly by the microstructure of the matrix,The secondary hardening is mainly in-duced by the precipitatiion of alloy carbides inside martensite during tempering at 560 ℃。Owing to the resolving and reprecipitating of the TiC particles in the material,the surface ofthe TiC particles is partially convex,which may improve the binding strength between theparticles and matrix steel.
