【摘要】 业已证实,细胞老化、癌细胞浸润等病理过程与细胞膜有密切关系,同时也取决于体内脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶的水平。本文报道了复合鱼油对大鼠红细胞膜脂流动性的影响,以及实验大鼠血清中的水溶性荧光物质(即脂质过氧化产物)和超氧化物歧化酶的相对含量。结果表明,复合鱼油组大鼠荧光偏振度明显降低(P<0.01),与青年对照组相近;血清中脂质过氧化产物及超氧化物歧化酶的相对含量各组间无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the effects of compound fish oil on the fluidity of the red cell membrane in rats. Experimental results showed that as compared with young control group the degree of fluorescence polarization of the middle aged group was significantly raised (P<0. 01). The degree of fluorescence polarization was not significantly different between the compound fish oil and young group. The water - soluble fluorescent substances (i. e. the lipid peroxidation products ) was not significant among the groups. Therefore, the compound fish oil might be expected as an effective antiageing drug.更多还原
