视觉诱发运动病的胃电图变化

【摘要】 10名健康青年受试者坐在旋转诱发器里,并使其产生自我运动的错觉,进而出现运动病症状,其中8名受试者出现胃部不适症状,胃电图频率从正常2.6~3.5次/min,变化为2.4~9.9次/min快波或异常型,最大幅值从安静的90μV增为347μV.两名无症状者在诱发器旋转时胃电图波形无改变,仍保持正常的3次/min左右的节律。结果表明用胃电图评价视觉诱发运动病有重要临床意义,是有效的客观评价指标

【Abstract】 The significance of evaluating gastric symptoms in motion sickness us-ing body surface electrogastrogram(EGG )was described.10 normal young subjects wereseated in a revolving vision inducing device. Illusional self-movements appeared and thensymptoms of motion sickness occurred.Discomfort in stomach developed in 8 subjects.The frequecies of EGG changed from 2.6~3. 5c/min(normal) to 2.4~9. 9c/min(ab-normal).The maximum amplitude increased from 90μV in resting state to 347μV. TheEGG in two asymptomatic subjects did not change, keeping the normal rhythms at about3c/min. Thc results indicate that EGG is an effective objective parameter for the evalua-tion of vision-induced motion sickness.
