马来酰亚胺改性甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物耐热性及其动力学研究
Study on Thermal Resistance and Dynamics of Methacrylate Modified by Maleimide
【摘要】 本文研究了N,N',4,4'-二苯基甲烷双马来酰亚胺改性的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的耐热性.结果表明N,N',4,4'-二苯基甲烷双马来酰亚胺对三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物的耐热性能有明显的改善,当亚胺的用量为0.09(质量分数)时,共聚物在N2中失重10%及20%时,温度分别可达到404℃和424℃.根据共聚物的DTA-TG的结果计算了聚合物热分解动力学参数.从共聚物固化反应的DSC分析结果计算出了三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯-N,N',4,4'-二苯基甲烷双马来酰亚胺体系固化反应动力学参数.
【Abstract】 The thermal resistance of 1,1,1-trimethylolpropanetrimethacrylate-N,N’(methylenedi-p-phenylene)dimaleimide copolymer (Ⅰ) was studied. The results showed that N, N’(methylenedi-p-phenylene )dimaleimide could largely improve the thermal res istallce of 1 1 1, 1-trimethylolpropanetrimethacrylate polymer, In N2, the mass- loss temperature of copolymer (Ⅰ) (with 0.09 partmaleimide) with the mass-loss of 10 %,20 % was 404℃,424℃ respectiVely. The thermal decomposition dynamics parameter of polymer and curing reaction dynamics parameters of meth-acrylate-maleimide system were calculated.
