【Abstract】 Thecolour reaction of a reagent ,salicylfluorone(SAF),with zinc in the presenceof CTMAB was studied.A stabie complex is found in the medium of PH 8.5.The maxi-mum absorption of the complex occurs at548nm,The apparent molar absorptivity at548nm is 5. 01×10￣4L· mol￣(-1). cm￣(-1).bollows Zine in the range of 0-30.0μg/25ml,The molar ratio of Zn(Ⅱ)to SAF being 1 :2,the method has been sucessfully appliedto the determination of Zn content in hair.更多还原
