超微粉Ga-BETA沸石的水热合成及其结构研究

【摘要】 本文报道了新型杂原子BETA沸石,Ga-BETA沸石超微粉的水热合成研究,讨论了原始反应物配比对产物粒度的影响因素、利用TEM,X荧光,XRD,IR,DTA,XPS等手段对样品进行SiO2/Ga2O3比测定及结构特性表征.由于Ga的掺入,产物的晶胞参数,红外光谱以及Ga3d电子的电子结合能都发生明显变化.

【Abstract】 A novel ultrafine powder heteroatom-BETA zeolite was hydrothermally synthesized in a system of (TEA)2O-Na2O-Ga2O3-SiO2-H2O, and the effects of amounts of Na2O and (TEA)2O in initial mixture on the crystallization and crystallite size of Ga-BETA zeolite were investigated. The SiO2 / Ga2O3 ratios and structural characteristics of products were determined by means of TEM, X-Fluorescence, X-Ray diffraction, IR spectra, DTA and XPS. The results showed that ultrafine powder of Ga-BETA zeolite can be synthesized by using the ratios of initial mixture, that is, (12-16) (TEA)2O: 3Na2O: (0.5-1.5) Ga2O3: 60SiO2: 600H2O, in the system of Na2O-Ga2O3-SiO2-(TEA)2O-H2O at 140℃ for required time. The binding energy of Ga 3d electron, IR spectra and unit cell parameters of the resulting Ga-BETA zeolites were obviously changed due to the addition of Ga in the initial mixture.
