2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-[(N,N-二羧基甲基)氨基]苯酚的合成及其与钴显色反应的研究

【摘要】 新水溶性显色剂2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-[(N,N-二羧基甲基)氨基]苯酚(5-Br-PADCAP)的合成。讨论了试剂与钻(Ⅱ)的最佳反应条件。在pH6.0,配合物的最大吸收波长为600um,摩尔吸光系数达9.5×104。所确立的方法可用于维生素B12中钴的测定。
【Abstract】 A new water-soluble chromogenic reagent,2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-[N, N-dicarboxymethyl) amino] phenol (5-Br-PADCAP), has been synthesizedand its colour reaction with various ions was tested.The optimum conditions of the colour reaction of thereagent with cobalt are reported. The results showthat the reagent reacts with Co(Ⅱ) to form stableblue-violet complex at pH 6.0 and the molar absorptivity is 9. 5×104L·mol-1·cm-1 at 600um. The application of the reagent to spectrophotometric determination of cobalt in vitamin B12 injection is presented.
