【摘要】 追踪报道了３７８例病员，５４４枚人工牙种植体１～６年期间的临床使用效果，成功率达到９４．９％。不良反应有下唇轻度麻木，种植体植入后疼痛等。这些不良反应均与手术操作有关。Ｘ线片检查发现，部分病员在种植体植入后１月内牙槽骨有轻度水平吸收，２月后骨吸收停止，３～６月后达到完全骨性结合。部分病员追踪６年，种植体与骨结合良好。本文还就如何保证人工种植牙的长期成功和有关并发症的预防进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The authors report the following up results of 378 dental implant cases of 1 to 6 years.Among these patients.544 pieces of implants made by China Dental Implantology Center were used.The results showed that the successful rate is 94.9%.In 4 cases,infra-mandibular nerves injury occured,but it recovered after re-implantation or/and pharmaceutical treatment.21 patients complianed there were painful in the implant area,but this symptom disappeared grandually without specialtreatment. The X-ray examinations showed that there were slightly absorption at alveolar bone within 3 months after operation , but the absorption aropped after 3 months.Even after 6 years, X-rays showed excellent intergration between alveolar bone and implant.The causes and provention of these symptoms were discussed in the article .更多还原
