功能矫形前伸大鼠下颌后的髁突组织学和组织化学观察
Histologic and Myxohistochemic Observation on Condylar Adaptation to Protrusive Functions in Rat from Rapid-growing to Grown-up
【摘要】 采用自制上颌功能矫治器前伸生长期Wistar大鼠下颌从青春期至成年后,应用组织学和粘液组织化学方法,对髁突软骨细胞形态和功能进行研究。结果发现,未持续戴矫治器的实验A组髁突前份软骨回复性增生,髁突后份软骨生长降低;持续戴矫治器的实验B组髁突后份软骨有持续增生的趋势。提示,功能矫形治疗安氏Ⅱ类下颌发育不足畸形时,矫治后应尽量增长保持时间。
【Abstract】 Abstract The mandible of Wistar rat was protruded with removable functional appliance until the rat grew up. The reaction of histology, myxohistochemistry, the shape and the function of condylar cartilaginous cells were studied. The results showed as compared with the controled group (1) that the anterior part of condylar cartilage proliferated much more in the experimental group A which were not given retention after treatment,(2) that the posterior part of condylar cartilage appeared to proliferated continuely in the experimental group B which were given retention after treatment. The study suggested when the skeletal Angle Class Ⅱ caused by mandibular deficience was treated with functional appliance, retention must last until grown-up.
