细菌氧化法预处理难浸金矿石的研究现状与新思路

【摘要】 着重评述了细菌氧化法预处理谁没金矿的研究现状,并提出了对该工艺过程进一步强化的新思路.氧化周期较长的缺点限制了该法的大规模工业应用.生物冶金工作者们作了许多关于强化预氧化过程的工作,但在氧化时间上尚无实质性突破.作者认为采用高浓度Fe3+预调浆、直流电解生物没出及改进设备的供O2和CO2系统等方法会有效地缩短氧化周期,从而为细菌预氧化祛的进一步工业应用创造条件.

【Abstract】 The present research status of refractory gold ore treatment with pre-oxida-tion is mainly discussed and some proposals to strengthen the bio-oxidation process are sug-gested. The large scale application in industry of the process is restricted by its long oxidationtime. Though many biometallurgists have done a lot of work there is no essential break-through on the problem of long oxidation time. On the basis of the consultation of much liter-ature on bioleaching, it is considered that the pre-oxidation time may effectively be short-ened by using high concentrate Fe3+ in pre-mixing process and bio-electroleaching and inl-proving the system of O2 and CO2 supply, providing the basis for the application of bacteriapre-oxidation of refractory gold ore.
