【Abstract】 The Comparative test of two types of thread rolling dies treated in vacuum furnace and in electric resistance furnace is introduced in this paper. The service life of two types of dies by vacuum treatment is respectivelv higher 60% and 140% than the life of those in electric resistance furnace. So the Standard Component Factory can save the outlay of thread rolling die of 500,000 yuan every year. Vacuum heat-treatment can be widely used on precise tool and die with high surface quality and small deformation.更多还原
