【Abstract】 In this paper a negative resistance circuit with presetable temperature factor is presented. The temperature compensated method in the circuit is different from that as usual. Using temperature characteristics of tansistor parameters instead of adding temperature compensated elements, shch as, temperature sensing resistances, backword operating diode and so on, we can get requiring negative resistance temperature factor so long as the circuit parameters are designed properly.更多还原
