一种温度系数可设定的负电阻电路
A Negative Resistance Circuit with Presetable Temperature Factor
【摘要】 本文提出了一种温度系数可以设定的负阻电路。与通常的温度补偿方法不同,这里不是采用外加温度补偿元件的方法如热敏电阻、反向运用二极管等,而是直接利用晶体管本身参数的温度特性,通过适当选择电路参数的方法获得所需要的负阻温度系数。
【Abstract】 In this paper a negative resistance circuit with presetable temperature factor is presented. The temperature compensated method in the circuit is different from that as usual. Using temperature characteristics of tansistor parameters instead of adding temperature compensated elements, shch as, temperature sensing resistances, backword operating diode and so on, we can get requiring negative resistance temperature factor so long as the circuit parameters are designed properly.
