【摘要】 本文对奥—贝球铁的切削加工性能进行了实验和研究。分析研究了切削用量三要素对奥—贝球铁主切削力F_z和刀具耐用度的影响规律;从降低切削力的观点出发,优选了刀具材料。本论文所得出的结论及实验数据,对奥—贝球铁的切削加工有指导意义,可作为有关部门切削加工的参考更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the machinability and mechanism of ADI(Austenite-Bai-nite Ductitle cast irons)are investigated and studied systematically. The rules are investigated on the influence of turning parameters on the cutting force Fz and tool life. From the standpoint of decreasing cutting forces in processing, selecting optimally of tool materials is also presented. The conclusions and experiment datas have a guiding sense with cutting ADI,and can act as a refernce for the production departments of processing the ADI.更多还原
