【摘要】 本文对１０例结核性脑膜炎（结脑）、１０例化脓性脑膜炎（化脑）和１７例病毒性脑膜炎（病脑）患儿同时测定脑脊液中的腺苷脱氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶的活性并与对照组相比较，结果发现，结脑和化脑患者脑脊液腺苷脱氨酶的活性均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），乳酸脱氢酶的活性仅在化脑时明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示同时测定腺苷脱氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶有助于结脑、化脑和病脑三者的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebrospinal fluid from 10 cases with tuberculous meningitis,10 cases withpurulent meningitis,17 cases with viral meningitis and 9 cases“healthy”children was testedfor adenosine deaminase activityADA ) and lactic dehydrogenase activity.The resultsshowed that the ADA was increased markedly in tuberculous meningitis and purulent menin-gitis,the lactic dehydrogenase activity was increased in purulent meningitis only. It was sug-gested that the test of ADA and lactic dehydrogenase acticity have a great value in the differ-ential diagnosis of tuberculos meningitis,purulent meningitis and viral meningitis.更多还原
