【Abstract】 From April 1979 to October 1991 ,1087 cases of esophageal carcinoma wereunderwent with esophagogastrostomy and reconstruction of the cervical esophagus。 Of the,92 instances had postoperative anastomotic complications ,an incidence of 8.5%includingcervical anastomotive leakage (5.6%) , stricture of anastomotive stoma.7)and carotidartery anastomotic fistula(0,2%).The causes and prophylactic measures of the anastomoticcomplications were discussed.更多还原
