【摘要】 采用立体定位侧脑室微量注射去甲肾上腺素（ＮＡ）的方法，观察ＮＡ对冷束缚大鼠应激性胃溃疡形成的影响，并初步分析其作用的外周机制。结果表明：侧脑室注射ＮＡ可以明显减轻正常、中枢ＮＡ耗竭和幽门结扎大鼠的应激性胃粘膜损伤，而应激大鼠的胃液分泌量、总酸排出量和胃壁结合粘液量均不受ＮＡ注射的影响。提示中枢ＮＡ对大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤具有保护作用，且这种作用与局部胃分泌功能变化无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 We observed the effect of noradrenaline(NA) microiniection into the lateral ventricle on the gastric ulceration induced by cold restraint stress in rats and further analysed the peripheral mechanisms of this central action.The results showed that the gastric ulceration in normal, NA-depleted and pylorus-ligated rats was significantly attenuated by the lateral cerebroventricular injection of NA prior to 3-hour cold restraiht stress.However,the gastric juice volume,the gastric acid output and the gastric mucus contents of stressed rats were not affected by NA administration.It suggests that the central injection of NA offers protection against stress-induced gastric ulceration,but the protective efffect has no relation to the changes of local gastric secretion.更多还原
