【Abstract】 With discarded human derma from the skin bank of the department of burnt diseases as raw material,collagen was extracted with the method of pepsin-controlling degradation in the system of extracting acid and the membrane was formed. The quantitative determination of protein and amino acid analysis confirmed that the membrane consisted basically of pure collagen, thus providing a new-type of biological material for the burnt and other diseases.更多还原
