【Abstract】 The neuronal growth was supported by target-tissue-derived growth factor. On the basis of the theory of neurotrophis factor, neurokine was extracted from fetal brain, submaxillary gland and skeletal muscles. As cerebrolysin, neurokine could promote the processes of outgrowth and enhance the LDH activity of Pc12 cells. SDS-PAGE result showed that neurokine had the same three bands as cerebrolysin. The results suggested that neurokine clinically could replace cerebrolysin.更多还原
