【Abstract】 Suitable conditions have been established for the production of acid proteinase by Aspergillus oryzae A-9005. Composition of the medium is as the following(%) : maize flour 4 ,soybean powder 5 ,KH2PO4 0. 1, KNO3 0.2,ZnSO4 0. 001,pH 5. The optimal cultural temperature is 31℃ and cultural time 72 hours.
