光敏核不育水稻的光温效应及生态适应性研究
A STUDY ON PHOTO-THERMO-REACTION ANDADAPTABILITY OF PHOTO-SENSITIVE GENIC MALE STERILE RICE
【摘要】 1991~1993年对13个光敏核不育系在早、中、晚三季自然变温条件下进行了6种不同光周期诱导育性转换的试验。结果表明,长日第二光周期对光敏水稻育性转换的诱导效应,决定于其本身的短日第一光周期的感光性强弱。只有感光性强的不育系才表现为光敏,而感光性弱的不育系则表现为温敏。根据对第一光周期的感光性强弱和育性转换的特点。将现有的光(温)敏不育系划分为高温敏型、低温敏型、长日光敏型、近长日光敏型和光温互作型5种类型。当高于育性转换的温度阈值时,光周期控制着光敏不育系的育性表现,温度控制着温敏不育系的表现。不同不育系之间存在育性转换的温度阈值和临界光周期的差异。本文还讨论了两个光周期敏感性的非独立性关系和光(温)敏不育系利用的生态学意义。
【Abstract】 The induced fertility trunsformation of 13 photo-sensitive sterile lines of rice were experimented 6 different photoperiods under the condition of natural temperature change by 3 seeding times from 1991 to 1993. The results showed that the inductive effects of the 2nd photoperiod on the fertilily transformation of photo-sensitive rice was depended on its photoresponse to the lst photoperiod. Those strong-photoreponsive sterile lines demonstrate photosenoitivity.While the weak -photoreponsive sterile lines demonstrated temperature sensitivity.In accordance with the lst photoperiodic response and fertility transformation characters,the sterile lines could be grouped into five types:long day-length sensitive type;closely long day-length sensitive type;high temperature sensitive type;low temprature sensitive type;photo and thermo-interreaction type,Above the criticall temperature of fertility transoformation,the 2nd photoperiod controls the fertile appearance of photo-sensitive sterile lines,and temperture controls that thermo-sensitive sterile lines.There were differences of critical temperature and photoperiod among the sterile lines.This paper also discussed the dependence relation of two-photoperiod reaction and the ecological meaning of the utility of photo-sensitive genic sterile line
