【Abstract】 This paper presents a method to determine Gibberllin GA3 in citrus tissue by TLCFluorescence scan. The sample,after being purged by reversed extraction and purified byPVP-kieselguhr column,was enriched through Amberlite XAD-7 column. TLC Plate,coat-ed with sillca gel G,was activated at 105℃for 30min. A 10ul-volume of sample solutionwas spotted. The plate was developed with chloroform-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(5:4 :1),thensprayed with concentrated sulphuric acid containing 10% ethanol heated at 95℃ for 5～10min,and finally Florescence seanned in a CS-930 scanner. The recovery rate by this methodis 82.4% S. D. 2.78%. The limit of detection is 5 ng.更多还原
