【Abstract】 The Volatile oil components of garlic stem were researched with GC/MS,and 24sulphur compounds were identified. Among them,1,2,3-trithiane,1,2,3,4-tetrathiepane,methyl allyl tetrasulphide,dially tetrasulphide were newly recorded for the garlic plant,andtheir mass spectra fragmentation pathways were discussed.更多还原
