提高三元乙丙橡胶耐热氧老化性能的研究

【摘要】 根据硫化胶的热分析曲线、热分解反应活化能、硫化胶老化前后的物理机械性能变化等对胶料热氧稳定性、不同抑制氧化机理的防老剂RD和MB并用效应进行了研究。结果表明:在EPDM胶料中加入少量的有机硅化合物可有效的提高其硫化胶的热氧稳定性;回归RD和MB的最佳重量比为0.5左右(总份数4份);硫化胶经175℃,24小时老化后的TE指数达65以上。

【Abstract】 The thermooxidation stability of vulcanized EPDM rubber was studied bymethods of TG DTG DSC and thermal decomposition activation energy analysis. Theresults were compared with those after aging. It was foUnd that the heat resistance ofthe EPDM rubber was effectively improved by adding a small amount of organosilicon.In this paper,we discuss the coordinating effect of using both antioxidant MB andchain-breaking antioxidant RD with different antioxidation mechanism. Regressionresults show that the optimum RD/MB weight ratio is 0.5, TE value of the vulcanizedrubber is 65 after aging at 175℃ for 24h.
