环氧树脂/咪唑类粘合剂的导电性能
ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF EPOXY RESIN/IMIDAZOLE ADHESIVE
【摘要】 本文研究了环氧树指为主剂粘料,咪唑类改性物为固化剂,石墨和银粉为导电填料的导电粘合剂。着重研究了组成配方对粘合剂的导电性能和胶粘性能的影响,同时探讨了粘合剂的固化行为。结果表明,当环氧树脂:银粉:石墨=100:200:33(wt),改性咪唑为15份(对100份环氧树脂而言,以下同),丁腈橡胶为1份时,粘合剂的体积电阻率为4.7×10-4Ω·cm剪切强度为5.3MPa,中温快速固化。
【Abstract】 Electric conductive adhesives were prepared using epoxy resin asthe a(jherent, modified imidazole as the curing agent, and graphite and / or silver powder as tile conductive filler. The effeCt of composition of the adhesiveon the conductivity and adhesivity and the effect of its curing process on theconductivity were investigated. The bulk resistivity and shear strength of theadhesive are 4.7 x 10 -4 Ω. cm and 5.3 MPa respectively when the compositionis epoxy resin t silver powder graphite= 100 : 200 : 33 (in weight), modifiedimidazole 15phr, and NBR 1 phr. This adhesive can be cured rapidly at moderate temperature.
