制造系统的神经自适应控制
NEURAL ADAPTIVE CONTROL FOR MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS
【摘要】 制造过程的自适应有效控制对CIMS的发展具有极其重要的意义。本文作者在论述:(1)自适应控制在CIMS中的重要性;(2)传统自适应控制方法在制造过程控制中的困难与障碍;(3)神经网络、人工智能和模糊控制理论等在制造过程自适应控制中的应用的基础上,指出神经自适应控制是制造过程自适应控制发展的有效途径,并构造了基于自组织神经网络的神经优化型自适应控制模型.
【Abstract】 It is necessary and signficant to control manufacturing processes more adaptively and effectively for the development of CIMS. In this paper, after having discussed that:(1)the necessities and importance of adaptive control (AC) for CIMS, (2)the difficulties of and drawbacks to conventional AC methods used in manufacturing processes control, (3)the applications of neural network, artificial intelligence and fuzzy control theories etc to manufaCturing processes adaptive control, the authors point out that neural network adaptive control is the most effective way for the future development of adaptive control in manufacturing systems, and then develop a neural adaptive control with optimization (ACO) system model based on self-organizing neural networks.
