膨胀节的各种位移应力

【摘要】 膨胀节承受轴向位移时,各波各经线产生的经向最大应力相同;而承受横向位移或角偏转时,各波各经线产生的经向最大应力相差较大.本文导出了后者的计算公式,这些公式经试验验证适用。本文指出:各种位移产生的经向最大应力分别大于其环向最大应力,最大经向应力通常位于波谷,这是疲劳破坏的危险区域.

【Abstract】 When bellows is subjected to axial movement, the maximum meridional stress of each longitudinal line per convolution is the same, but it would make great difference when bellows is applied to lateral denection or angular rotation.The corresponding formulas for the last situation are deduced in this paper and testified by our experiment. These formulas can be used in the engineering project. This paper also points out that the maximum meridional stress is larger thanthe circuniferential stress for each kind of displacement loading. The maximum mpridional stress usually lies in the root of the convolution.These maximum stress points are usually the dangerous areas of the bellows fatigue failure.
