铋层化合物对BaTiO3基瓷料烧结和性能的影响
EFFECT OF BISMUTHID ON BaTiO3-BASE CERAMICS MATERIAL SINTERING AND DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES
【摘要】 本文研究了铋层化合物Bi2Mn-1RnO3n+3的组成与含量对BaTiO3基瓷料烧结和介电性能的影响.实验结果表明,铋层化合物对BaTiO3基瓷料的降温作用与其组成电负性差值及熔融温度有关,其含量为0.05(mol)的BaTiO3基瓷料的烧温约为1100℃左右.从微观结构分析可推断瓷料烧结过程为过渡液相烧结或典型液相烧结。这类结构的中温烧结瓷料具有较高的介电常数(1600~3000),低的介质损耗(60~200×10-4),小的电容温度变化率(-55~125℃,<15%)和优良的绝缘性能(ρv≥1010Ω.m)。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the effect of bismuthide composition and content on BaTiO3-base ceramics material sintering and dielectric properties.The results show that sintering temperature of BaTiO3-base ceramics materialis corretated with bistnuthide’s electronegativity difference and solid--liquidtemperature. Sintering temperture is 1100℃ as BaTiO3-base ceramics material contain 0.05 bismothides. Microstructural analysis shows that the sintering has transient liquid sintering or liquid sintering. The middle temperature sintering ceramics materials have higher dielectric constant (16003000 ), lower dielectric loss(60-200 ×10-4), lower capacitance change with temperature change (-55~125℃, <15% ), and better dielectricstrength(≥1010Ω. m).
