双显色体系与Kalman滤波分光光度法用于多组分痕量元素分析
Dual Chromophoric Systems and Kalman Filtering Algorithm Used for Spectrophometry : Application of Multicomponent Trace Analysis for Five Metallic Elements
【摘要】 将卡尔曼滤波与双显色体系相结合提出了一种新的分光光度法.选用5-Br-PADN/吐温-80(pH10.0)及5-Br-PADAP/CPB(pH8.0)两体系进行显色反应,实现了铜锌钴镍镉的同时测定.双显色体系结果优于单独使用.将本法用于合成试样及水、发、指甲等环境样品分析,效果良好,操作简便.
【Abstract】 A novel spectrophotometric method has been developed based on combi-nation of Kalman filtering algorithm and dual chromophoric systems. Two chelating re-actions of M/5-Br-PADAP/CPB(pH8. 0)and M/5-BrPADN/Tween-80(pH10.0) wereinvesigated for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of Cu)、Zu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)and Cd(Ⅱ). The results of dual chromophoric systems were better than thoseof the single chromophoric system which was used individually. The proposed methodwas used for multi-element analysis of mixture and environmental samples such as water,hair and nail with fine results and simple procedures. The recovery of each elementwas located in the range of 92.2-108.1%.
