【摘要】 为了探索肿瘤生物治疗的方式和方法，我们应用白细胞介素Ⅱ（ＩＬ－２）与干扰素（ＩＦＮ－α）或香菇多糖联合应用治疗晚期恶性肿瘤１１例。每个病人均应用ＩＬ—２１～１５×１０４ｕ／天，肌肉注射，总量２～２８．５×１０４ｕ；联用ＩＦＮ－α６例，１～９×１０６ｕ／天，肌肉注射，总量４～１１４×１０６ｕ；联用香菇多糖５例，１～２ｍｇ／次，总量１２～１６ｍｇ。总客观有效率为２２％。治疗后患者生存质量提高，一些病人的免疫指标有不同程度的改善。从癌症治疗的战略上讲，生物治疗可使病人长远受益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eleven patients with advanced malignant tumor were treated with interleukin-2(IL-2) and either alpha-interferon (IFN-α),or lentinan. All of the patients received IL-2 at a dose of 1～15×104u/d (total dose 2～28. 5×105u)by intramuscular injection in conjunction with either IFN-α(six patients )at a dose of 1～9 106u/d (total dose 4～114×106u)by intramuscular injection,or lentinan(five patients )at a dose of 1～2mg/次 (total dose 12～16mg) by intravenous infusion. Total objective response was 22%. After treatment the patients’ survival quality was raised and some patients’ immunological assessments were improved. In view of treatment strategy of malignant tumor, biological treatment can make patients beneficial for a long time.更多还原
