【摘要】 用ＰＯＣ方案（ＰＹＭ，ＶＣＲ，ＣＢＤＣＡ）治疗鳞状细胞癌４８例，其中食管鳞状细胞癌３０例，肺鳞癌１８例。获ＣＲ２例占４．１％，ＰＲ２１例占４３．７％，Ｓ１６例占３３％，Ｐ９例占１９％，有效率（ＣＰ＋ＰＲ）４７．８％。疗效较好，且消化道反应、肾功能损害和神经系统毒性明显减低，因此易为病人接受，有进一步研究的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 We used POC (PYM,VCR,CBDCA) scheme to treat 48 cases of spuamous cell cancer,of which 30 were of esophageal squamous cell cancer and 18 of lung squamous cell cancer. Asresult, 2 cases got CR (4.1%),21 cases PR (43.7%), 16 cases S (33%) and 9 cases P(19 %). The effective rate (CR+PR) was 47.8%. The curative effect is good, and the reaction in the digestive canal the impairment of renal function and the toxicity in the nervoussystem were obviously slight.
