【摘要】 本文利用１９８８年在一组青年人群食管炎患病率与有关因素调查基础上，随机观察了３８例食管上皮的３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ标记，将食管上皮细胞标记指数（ＬＩ）分别与性别、年龄、家族史、吸烟、正常食管与食管炎及饮食中动物蛋白和水果蔬菜的数量等方面进行了相关性研究，结果显示除食用动物蛋白外，ＬＩ与上述因素均呈显著性相关。食管上皮细胞的３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ的标记方法，在进一步证实食管炎与食管癌关系的研究方面，是一个可靠的生物学中间终末指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This observation is based upon the research on epidemiological study of precursor lesions of esophageal cancer among young people in a high risk population.We studied randomly the labeling index (LI) of the esophageal epithelial cells in 38 young persons by mean of 3H-deoxythymidine labeling in order to determine whether the proliferation of esophageal epithelium is association with risk factors. Our findings indicate that it is a positive relation of LI and age, sex,family,history,cigaratte smoking, esophagitis and getting amount of fresh vegetable and fruit in dietary. It was also confirmed that the method of 3 H-TdR labeling of esophageal epithelium is a useful intermediary endpoint biomarker.更多还原
