二甲苯胺噻唑对绵羊血液及脑脊液中乙酰胆碱的影响

【摘要】 用荧光分光光度计的方法研究了二甲苯胺噻唑(静松灵)对乙酰胆碱(ACH)的影响.肌注2.5mg/kg该药后,血液及脑脊液中ACH浓度呈上升趋势,于2.5小时达峰值.血液ACH由0时7.965±0.418ng/ml增至2.5小时的43.939±1.307ng/ml(n=5,P<0.01),ACH浓度增加了4.5倍;脑脊液ACH则由0时的12.722±1.347ng/ml增至71.954±2.257ng/ml(n=4,P<0.01)增加了4.7倍,差异极显著.血液与脑脊液中ACH浓度变化呈正相关(r=0.944).

【Abstract】 Studies the effect of xylazole on acetylcholine(ACH) with spectrophoto fluorometer.CsF and plasma ACH levels increased significantly as compared with those of contrds after im.xylazole.Aincrease of more than 4.5 times was observed at 2.5 hours compared with time zero (time zero=7.965±0.418ng/ml;2.5hours=43.939±1 .307ng/ml n=5, p<0.001) in plasma, About 4.7 ̄ fold increase ocurred at 2.5 hours compared to time zero ltime zero = 12.722±1.347ng/ml,2.5hours = 71.954±2.257ng/ml, n=4, P<0.01) in csf. ACH lenels between csF and plasma are positive and significant correlation(r=0.944).
