【Abstract】 The experiment was undertaken to detect the changes of HI titers in serum, tear and bile post ND vaccination of chickens infected with CAA. The results were as follows:The titers of HI in serum, tear and bile post ND vaccination of chickens infected with CAA were significantly lower than those of control chickens. The results of this study showed that humoral immune respenses of 1-day-old CAA infected chickens to ND vaccine was suppressed significantly.更多还原
