春小麦高蛋白与高产结合的可能性及途径分析

【摘要】 本文以蛋白质含量平均值不同的4个遗传群体为材料,研究了蛋白质含量与产量性状间的遗传相关关系,同时分析了高蛋白株系的产量性状特点及来源。遗传相关分析结果表明:蛋白质含量与产量性状间的相关关系是随蛋白质含量的不同而发生变化的,当蛋白质含量超过某限度时,彼此间关系发生质的变化,以致难以协调相互间的平衡关系。因此,高蛋白与高产的结合是有条件的,而不是在任何条件下都能实现二者的结合。高蛋白株系的分析结果表明:大部分高蛋白株系来自于含有高蛋白亲本的杂交组合,用混合法处理的株系蛋白质含量和单株产量及主穗粒重皆高。

【Abstract】 The genetic Correlation between protein content and yield components was studied and the characteristic and resources of the yield components in lines with high protein content were analysed using four genetic populations with different everage content of protein asmaterials.The result of genetic correlation analysis showed that the correlations betweenprotein content and yield components changed as the protein content differed;further,when protein content exceeded some limit, the correlation changed in quality,so that it is difficult to harmonize the parrallel relation betweell the both sides.Therefore,combining high protein with high yield can be realized under some condition instead of any condition.The result of analysis of lines with high protein content showed that most of the lines with high protein content were from crosses involving parents with high protein content,and the protein content,yield of single plant and hemal weight of main spike of the lines out of mass selection were all high.
