应用同位素15N、32P示踪对烤烟氮、磷营养规律的研究

【摘要】 应用同位素示踪技术,研究烤烟不同生长期氮、磷营养吸收规律,结果表明:烤烟生育前期(30d)以吸收肥料氮为主;中期(60d)吸收的肥料氮与土壤氮近乎相等。后期(105d)以吸收土壤氮为主,土壤AN值呈递增变化。烤烟对磷的吸收,生育前、后期以土壤磷为主;中期以肥料磷为主,土壤Ap值表现曲线变化。

【Abstract】 With the technique of isotope tracer, study mutrition application law of flue-cured tobacco of nitrogen and phosphorus in different growth period, the results of experiment indicated: in early growth period (30d) N absorbed by flue-cured tobacco mainly come from fertilizer, in the mid-period (60d) come from fertilizer and soil equally,in the later period (105d) mainly come from soil. The AN value in soil incresaed by degree. In early and later growth preiod P absorbed by flue-cured tobacco mainly come from soil, in mid-period mainly come from P fertilizer. AP value in soil changed in curve.
