白浆土改良机械的研究

【摘要】 根据土壤学专家的白浆土最佳改良方案,设计、制造了ILG-40型改土犁,并进行了田间测试、该机可以按比例混合白浆层淀积层土壤,而将腐植层保持在土地表面。这种机械总配套动力大约需要45kW的功率,生产率为0.2~0.3hm2/h。

【Abstract】 Based on the soilists’ optimal scheme of improving the Baijiang soil, the ILG-40 type subsoil mixing plow was designed,and fabricated field tested. The machine can mix the eluviat and illuvial horizons of the Baijiang soil at the required ratio of 2∶1 and has the advantage of keeping the humus on the soil surface. With both active and passive elements, the machine requires about 45 KW total power. The machine’s productivity is about 0. 2 ~ 0. 3 ha/h. Considering the increase in yield, it is economical and feasible to use the machine to improve the productivity of Baijiang soil.
