刀具粘结破损时三维应力场的分析
The Analysis of Three-dimension Stress Field in Sticking-Welding Fracture of Tool
【摘要】 以硬质合金刀具铣削奥氏体不锈钢的铣削力试验为基础,得出了铣削速度提高时铣削力的变化规律,并用I-DEAS软件进行了有限元分析,得出了发生粘结破损时刀具前刀面附近应力场分布的规律,最后从应力场的分析出发,探讨了硬质合金刀具粘结破损的产生机理
【Abstract】 On the basis of the milling-stress expriement when carbide alloy tools in cut-ting the strainless steels,we found the milling-stress transfomation rule with the cutting speedincrease;By the method of infinite element analysis of the I-DEAS softwore in workstation.itis found the stress field display rule of the tools in sticking-welding fracture.At last,fromthe stress field analysis,we discuss the sticking fracture mechanism of carbide alloy tools.
