在强有机碱DBU的化学环境中对酞菁钴的合成和晶型的研究
Synthesis of Cobalt Phthalocyanine in the Chemical Environment of A Strong Organic Base DBU and Study of Its Crystalline Modification
【摘要】 在DBU的化学环境中,加热回流邻二氰基苯(以Phn表示,下同)和无水氯化钴的正戊醇溶液,合成了酞菁钴。考察了DBU与Phn的摩尔比,回流反应时间以及搅拌等因素对酞菁钴产率及晶型的影响。酞菁钴合成的适宜条件为:以正成醇为溶剂,在DBU:Phn=2:1(摩尔比)时,回流6小时,其产率为70.8%,X-射线粉末衍射表明为π-、ε-和β-型混晶,同时考察了上述混晶在用芳香溶剂处理时晶型的转变,结果表明,它们均向稳定的β-型晶体转变。
【Abstract】 In the chemical environment of 1.8-diazabicyclo [5, 4, 0] undec- 7-ene (DBU), cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) was syntesized by heating and refluxing phthalonitrile (Phn) with anhydrous cobaltous chloride in n-pentanol. Effects of DBU:Phn molar ratio. refluxing time and stirring on yield and crystalline modification of CoPc were studied. The suitable condition for CoPc synthesis was found to be: DBU: Phn (molar ratio)=2:1, n-pentanol as the solvent, refluxing 6 hrs. This condition yielded 70.8%.X-ray power diffraction proved to be π-. ε- and β-mixed crystal forms. At the same time, changes of above-mentioned mixed crystal forms were inspected with aromatic solvent handling products. The results stated clearly that they equally changed into a stable β-form.
