离心式搅拌细胞培养反应器的流体循环及氧传递规律
Studies of Fluid Circulation and Oxygen Transfer in a New Kind of Cell Culture Bioreactor
【摘要】 研究了一种具有离心式搅拌器的新型细胞培养反应器的流体循环、混合特性及氧传递规律。采用这种离心式搅拌器,既充分利用了细胞提升式搅拌器的优点,又大幅度地提高了流体循环效率。氧传递速率、通气速率均与转达有关,其中通气速丰的影响最为显著。根据实验数据,建立了反应器中的氧传递和提升筒中流体流动的关联式。
【Abstract】 Fluid circulation,mixing and oxygen transfer processes were studied in a newkind of cell culture bioreactor with a novel centrifugal impeller.The advantages of the cell-lift impeller are incorporated,and the fluid circulation efficiency is enhanced sufficiently.Theoxygen transfer rate increases with aeration rate and rotating speed,with the former parame-ter being the most significantly.The volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients and the fluid cir-culation rates in the draft tube are correlated based on the experimental data.
