用喷动床对不均匀浸渍载体催化剂的干燥技术

【摘要】 测定了浸渍催化剂在低床层喷动干燥器内不同床高下气达和压降的关系,建立了恒速及降速阶段的干燥动力学模型。经和烘箱及带式干燥器对比,证明低床层喷动床具有快速、均匀的干燥性能及表面脱粉作用,并可抑制干燥对浸淆法制各的催化剂活性分布的影响。

【Abstract】 The hydrodynamics and drying behaviors of impregnated catalysts in a spoutedbed were investigated·Relation between bed pressure drop and gas velocity under differentbed heights was determined and the rapid circulation of pellets in this spouted bed can be ob-served through a glass sectional column。 The drying kinetic models for both constant andfalling rate period have been proposed.The spouted bed drying behaviors-fast and uniform,are much better than other two ordinary driers.With proper operating conditions dust accu-mulated on pellets can be effectively removed. Experimental results show that shallow spouted bed drier can effectively depress the migration of active ingredients in supported catalystsprepared by nonuniform impregnation during drying process.
