【Abstract】 Nucleic acid probe labelled with radioisotope is a useful tool in research of gene engineering and molecular biology. In this review, the methods for incorporating radioisotopes into nucleic acid were described. They include the nick-translation, primer extension, RNA polymerase-based methods, end-labelling ( 5′-end-labelling with T4 polynucleotide kinase, 3′-end-labelling with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase, end repair catalysed by Klenow polymerase, labelling with T4 DNA polymerase) , labelling of oligonucleotides.更多还原
