【摘要】 用葛根注射液肌注治疗视网膜动脉阻塞７１例（７５眼）。通过治疗前后的视力、视野变化进行疗效评价，台疗有效率为７５％；与葛根素静滴治疗的１０２例１０７眼治疗有效率７５．７％比较基本相同。并经治疗前后眼底荧光血管造影和视网膜电图、振荡电位等检测，从客观上得到证实。治后视网膜循环时间缩短，暗适应红光ＥＴＧ－ａ波谷数增多，白光及红光ＯＰｓ于波数和总幅值增加。其作用机理可能是由于葛根改善了视网膜微循环，使处于功能抑制状态的神经元又重新兴奋起来，从而提高了视功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Cases (75 eyes)of retinal artery Occlusion were treated with radixpuerarial by intramuscular injection. The clinical improvement rate was 75%, according to the development of visual acuity and visual bield. We also olserved FFA.ERG and OPS, and the Posttherapeutic resuet Showed that retinal circulation timeshortened; the number of a-wave valleys of dark-adapted red tighf ERG increased;the number and total amplitude of white tight and red tight OPS increased respectively, just equalizing with the resuet of puerarin in 102 cases (107 eyes)by intravenous injection. the authors think that the radix puerariae may improve retinal microcirculation, and recover the function of inhibited neurone.更多还原
