【摘要】 本文通过对我国飞机制造企业试飞站安全管理状况的研究,提出了试飞站管理疏忽与危险树(试飞站MORT).编制了试飞站MORT用户手册,本文提出的试飞站MORT分析模型可以用于分析和预防与试飞站管理疏忽、失误和漏洞有关的事故,对现有试飞站的安全系统进行评价,同时也可以对已发生的事故进行全面细致的调查、研究.探求事故发生过程.澄清事故发生原因,为进行事故处理、决策提供依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the safety mamagemcnt situation of the airplane manufacturing enterprise ,the management oversight and risk tree for the fiying test department (simply referred to as MORT)is proposed ,and the user’s manual is complide.The analytical model of the MORT for the fiying test department can be used to analyze and prevent the accidents caused by the safety-related oversight, errors ,and om-missions ,to examine the existent safety system in the flying test department . For the accidents,this model can be used to investigate the accident,to search for the process of the accident, and to explore the accident causes so as to provide the evidences for the decision and treatment of the accidents.更多还原
