【摘要】 对松花江沿江渔民现场普查２３７１人次，住院检查１２６人次，对照渔民７００人。结果发现沿江部分渔民体内已有相当量甲基汞蓄积，并查出周围型感觉障碍，周边性视野缩小，感觉神经性聋三项体征，体征出现率和体征组合出现率与对照组相比有显著性差异，结论是甲基汞中毒导致这些体征，目前已诊断慢性甲基汞中毒病人３例。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper.2371 person-time of fishermen living along Songhua River were general surveyed(in the spot).126 person-time of them were examined in the hospital.There were 700 person-time of the foshermen for control. The results showed that the considerable amounts of Methylmercury(MeHg)have been accumulated in part of the fishermen’s bodies .A small number of the fishermen suffered from three kinds of the typical symptoms of MeHg poisoning.The ratioes of the clinical signs and the combined signs of the fishermen living along Songhua River are obviously different from those of the fishermen in th control group.It may be concluded that all the signs were caused by MeHg poisoning .更多还原
