【摘要】 本文对１２２例慢性肾功能不全（ＣＲＦ）患者血清铝测定结果为６８．５１±１．３６μｇ／Ｌ，显著高于对照组，１１０例ＣＲＦ患者发铝测定结果为４．６０±１．６０ｐｐｍ，亦显著高于对照组。患者血清铝影响因素多元逐步回归分析结果表明，血清铝与年龄、药物铝摄入量及肾功能损害程度呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study the Al levels in serum and hair of 122 CRF patients were measured,and the concerned effecting factors of them were analysed.The serum Al level of 122 CRF patients was 68.5±1. 36μg/L,it was significantly higher than that of control.The hair Al level of 110 CRF patients was4.60±1.60 ppm,it was also significantly higher than that of control.The result of multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed positive correletion between serum Al level and age,total amount of Al-containing drugs intaked and the degree of renal failure.更多还原
